100 Women Who Care of Washtenaw County donate $10,200 to WISD's Education Project for Homeless Youth

Donations totally $10,200 were presented May 7 to the Education Project for Homeless Youth by 100 Women Who Care, a nonprofit that twice annually makes contributions to local organizations.

This year EPHY has served more than 1,300 students in Washtenaw County who are homeless. The group, housed and supported by Washtenaw Intermediate School District, works to ensure students who are homeless or in temporary living situations, enroll and regularly attend school. Students are provided with school supplies, clothing and other necessities to ensure their success.
