A2Y Chamber launches A2Y Converge for young professionals

By Rebecca Woodward

The Ann Arbor / Ypsilanti Regional Chamber is excited to announce the launch of A2Y Converge, the Chamber’s new intiative to bring together young professionals from Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti to make meaningful connections and collaborate in building a vibrant community for local professionals near the beginning of their careers.

Recently the A2Y Chamber Board of Directors and staff have seen a need to engage the Chamber’s younger members with programming that better suits their needs, and A2Y Converge will fill that need by offering networking, community involvement and professional development opportunities geared toward an under-forty audience. By participating in A2Y Converge, members will be able to build a personal network of their peers while also engaging with the broader business community.

Converge will host it's next event A2Y Converge at the Grove at Top of the Park this Thursday, July 7 from 5:30pm - 9:00pm. Anyone interested in A2Y Converge is invited to this free event where Converge members will mix and mingle with members of other local young professionals groups.

More information about upcoming events and opportunities can be found on the Chamber website.
