Publication dubs University of Michigan freshman 'Best Apple Reporter in the World'
By looking at domain names the company had purchased, University of Michigan freshman Mark Gurman was the first to realize that Apple would be developing a tablet.
According to a story from Crain’s Detroit Business, Gurman was still attending high school in Los Angeles when he took his hunch to leading blog 9to5Mac.
