Chelsea Chevrolet Buick gets approval for new dealership construction
The Sylvan Township Planning Commission approved final site plans for a new Chelsea Chevrolet Buick Dealership on Sept. 27, according to a report from the Chelsea Update.
The new dealership will be at 2038 McKernan Road, just south of Interstate 94. The location will include a 10,000-square-foot auto dealership alongside a 15,000-square-foot repair facility, both of which are double the size of the dealership’s current location.
The dealership, currently on M-52 in Chelsea, is one of seven Chevrolet and five Buick dealerships in the county. According to the report, the dealership will be finished by June 2013.
