Colloquium on bioethics in medical research, and more

Today: Center for Bioethics and Social Sciences in Medicine Research Colloquium. 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Biomedical Science Research Building, University of Michigan campus, 109 Zina Pitcher, Ann Arbor. The CBSSM Research Colloquium will feature the annual Bishop Lecture in Bioethics as the keynote address. The Bishop Lecture will feature speakers Dr. Jerome Groopman, Dina and Raphael Recanati Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Dr. Pamela Hartzband, assistant professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, with a talk entitled, "When Experts Disagree: The Art of Medical Decision Making."
