• Oct. 31: Ypsilanti real estate open house. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. SPARK East office, 251 W. Michigan Ave., Ypsilanti. Buyers can meet with at least 20 Realtors - among other housing professionals - and tour 20 or more Ypsilanti properties as the community sets up its first city-wide open house. The event will coincide with Eastern Michigan University's "Explore Eastern" event the same day.
