The cocktail reception was attended by more than 200 brokers, Realtors, builders, title and lending professionals and clients.

The 10,000-square-foot building features 15 private offices, a training room, multiple open-space work stations and parking for 101 cars. The interior has many upgraded features and virtually every desirable amenity in a workplace.

“We went from an office of approximately 4,000 square feet to one that is two-and-a-half times that size, with capacity for up to 100 agents," DeKroub said. "However our goal is to be the home to the 'top 40' Realtors in Ann Arbor. We’ve created a new home here, one that we are sure will grow and prosper and become a vital part of the Ann Arbor community.”

RE/MAX PLATINUM is home to 180 Realtors. Offices are located in Ann Arbor, Brighton, Fenton and Hartland, Mich.
