After naming a new chairman last week, Ann Arbor-based Tecumseh Products Co. has announced James Wainwright as its interim president, Crain’s Detroit Business reports.

Wainwright, Vice President of Global Operations for Tecumseh, replaced Edwin Buker after his “mutually agreed upon” resignation last Friday.

Crain’s reports:

“Since this past August (Buker) has been the only remaining member of a management-backed slate of candidates to return to the board after a bitter leadership dispute.”
