A virtual garden tour at the Ann Arbor Senior Center March 20

Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission presents “A Virtual Garden Tour of Washtenaw County Parks” Preview Summer Color to Discover! Tuesday, March 20, 12:30 p.m. at the Ann Arbor Senior Center (1320 Baldwin Ave). A short presentation by Parks Horticulturalist,Kathy Squiers. Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission (WCPARC) is proud to present a “Virtual” Garden Tour of colorful gardens that you can explore in six different County Parks. Kathy Squiers, Park Horticulturalist, will offer lively descriptions, and invite gardening questions, while sharing photos of the ever evolving gardens and beautiful flowers that she has been honored to tend for over 13 years. Maps, Newsletters, Brochures, locations and directions will also be available for exploring on your own, the hundreds of landscape beds and gardens, filled with an abundance of diverse perennials, annuals, bulbs, vines, ground-covers, shrubs and trees.
