Election poll workers work almost 18 hours straight

Did you know the election poll workers are expected to work anywhere between 14-18 hours straight, with maybe (1) 30 minute break? No food, or even coffee or water is supplied to them.

I personally works 17.75 hours with one 30 minute break yesterday. I did not get to eat dinner at all, but still expects to perform my duties. I worked 6am until 1145pm, not getting home until after midnight.
