Fairytales in Augusta Township

Once upon a time there was a township resident, who fantisized about representing the American people in Augusta Township. She ran her election fair and true, with always trying to be honest and open to the Augusta residents. When attacked by the disposed politicians, she always took the high road and refused to retailiate nor steal campaign signs as did the bad guys. Even though "the bad guys" attempted to recall her twice, the township residents saw through their evil lies and renounced the recall. These recalls cost our residents many thousands of dollars.  This made the poor township clerk work even harder to save the township more money.  She worked and studied and went to meetings to try to make a better life for the people of Augusta. With innocence in her heart, trying to protect herself against the "bad guys" she left her recorder running all day at work so the next time they physically attacked (Yes, she was assaulted) her at work, she would be protected.  One day,when she left work, she forgot to shut the recorder off.  This beautiful lady is now accused of "evesdropping".  There was no criminal intent. That could only come from a criminal heart, not this ladys innocent heart.  She could never concieve of something like that.  That would take a bad guy with a criminal heart. Leave this good Lady alone and let her do her job. Seems like the ones wasting the townships money are the ones who conjure up false stories on TOWNSHIP TIME.  What a waste of our tax dollars!
