Highly interactive and engaging, this free 90 minute session looks at choosing the right type (or types) of training for your business goals.
There are lots of media options: computer-based, mobile, video, instructor-led, and more. This blended of learning tools gives flexibility and convenience in pacing and attendance, increased learning outcome gains, and broader access to information.
But it’s not just about the tools! You need to have a plan. In this session, you’ll use a structured approach to planning your blend – the media, the message, and the timing. We’ll set criteria for using different media types, get creative with new and old media for training, and create a plan for a training program.
At our The Masterful Blend: Creative Media Choices for Blended Learning seminar, you'll learn how to apply creative uses for a whole bunch of tools like traditional instructor-led training, elearning, webinars, video, email, texting, social media and contests... even some off the wall ideas! And build a plan to use these techniques in your own work, and receive feedback from the group.
