Glynis Anderson, CEO of Home of New Vision, receives state award

Glynis Anderson, CEO of Home of New Vision, has been awarded the "Treatment System Transformation Award" from the Bureau of Substance Abuse and Addiction Services.  The award was given as part of the 13th Annual Michigan Substance Use Disorders Conference, held at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center on September 13 - 15.  Ms. Anderson was chosen as this year’s recipient because of her outstanding contribution to the State of Michigan's recovery services transformation.  Ms. Anderson is recognized as an avid supporter and leader of the transformation at the local, state and national levels.  Home of New Vision provides services to over 1500 people suffering from substance use disorders, each year.  Founded in 1996, Home of New Vision has locations in both Washtenaw and Jackson Counties.
