Late Night Hit-and-Run on Golden Ave.

A high-speed, late night hit-and-run accident took place in the 1400 block of Golden Ave. early Tuesday morning. The Ann Arbor Police were called to the scene by neighbors awakened by the sound of the crash around 3:30am.

 

A resident's vehicle, a late model Subaru Outback that was parked on the street, was severely damaged by the impact. Witnesses described a red Jeep, possibly a Liberty model, fleeing the scene. A front mounted license plate may indicate that the vehicle is from out-of-state.
