Ann Arbor's own local Chef William P. Collins, CEC out of Picasso Restaurant Group, Inc. at Dominos Farms Office Park, was chosen to judge the Skills USA Regional Culinary Competition for the college level along with high-school divisions. This competition is recognized nationwide and we are hoping that Washtenaw Community College of Ann Arbor's own culinary students will be among the top finalists.

Collins, is a culinary professor at WCC, who is now corporate chef for a local and fast-growing Restaurant and Catering Group, Picasso Restaurant Group, Inc. Chef William has had many awards and medals as one of Michigans Premier Chefs.

In August of last year, Chef William was brought into the company to oversee the culinary capabilities of the University of Michigan Law School, Kellogg Eye Center Cafes, and Domino's World Headquarters foodservice establishment. Chef William is also head of Picasso's Catering and Special Events Department.
