News Flash: Construction and Remodeling Recovery Underway in Ann Arbor!  

 

If you thought that the construction industry had packed up it’s collective tool belts and hightailed it out of South Eastern Michigan, well you would be in good company, but you would be dead wrong.  Remodeling is alive and well here in the Ann Arbor area and you can see so for yourself at the 9th annual National Association of the Remodeling Industry Tour of Remodeled Homes. 

 

This once a year NARI tour is an excellent opportunity to come and see first hand the outstanding results that can be achieved when you hire a professional to design and execute a home remodel.  From kitchens and baths to whole house remodels this tour presents a broad spectrum of projects showcasing the work of ten leading remodeling industry professionals here in South Eastern Michigan.  All of then will be on hand during the tour to answer your questions about the project or remodeling that you may be considering of your own on your own home.  Don’t miss this opportunity!  The tour runs from noon till 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday May 19th and 29th.  Admission is $10.  Tickets can be purchased at any of the tour homes and provide entrance to all tour homes and are valid on both days. A sample of the stellar tour projects you’ll have a chance to visit is one by Architectural Resource, project number 4.  Entitled, Pond View’, this is a spectacular whole house remodel and addition that transformed the home from “adolescence to sophistication” and went to Net Zero Energy in the process!
