Paesano To Host Local Micro Brew Party on their Patio

Paesano Restaurant & Wine Bar in Ann Arbor is kicking off their summer patio season with a special “Micro Brew-Haha” dinner on their patio, Wednesday, June 27 at 6:30pm.  Four local micro breweries will be represented and paired with a 5-course dinner.  Cost for the dinner is $45 per person.

Guests will enjoy locally crafted beer from Arbor Brewing Company, Original Gravity (Milan), Frog Island Beer (Ypsilanti), and Wolverine Brewing Company (Ann Arbor) matched with a locally inspired summer menu from Chef Davido.

Chef Davido’s menu includes:  Potato and haricot vert, tossed with toasted mustard seeds, crunchy bibb lettuce, and a grilled onion vinaigrette.Sausage and eggplant skewer grilled, and served over a vinegary slaw of cabbage, bell peppers, apples; Pan-fried green tomato, caramelized red onions, with layer of phyllo dough and a touch of sage; a Porter marinated flat iron steak, seared and served with a crispy carrot and parmesan fritta; and for dessert Short bread with strawberry gelee and rhubarb cream.
