Ann Arbor Adult ADHD Support Group presents: Survival Tips for Women with ADHD Presenter: Terry Matlen, ACSW
When: Tuesday, November 27th from 7-8:30pm Where: Washtenaw Intermediate School District Teaching and Learning Center. (1819 S Wagner Rd, Ann Arbor, MI) Purpose of Presentation: To help women with ADD cope with everyday situations that seem so easy for other women to handle. Women with ADD feel they should be able to have a “clean house”, well behaved children, full time job, like everyone else…and do it well. We will talk about the need to reframe who we are- women with ADD- and change our internal expectations. I will share specific tips and strategies for living with ADD and the group will have the opportunity to share theirs as well. There will be time for a Q and A session afterwards.
