Take Off Pounds Sensibly of Dexter Open House

T.O.P.S of Dexter (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is holding
an open house on Wednesday, Oct. 10, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Dexter
Senior Center. The Senior Center is located at 7720 Dexter-Ann Arbor Road and
everyone is welcome to attend.

TOPS Club, Inc. is the
original, nonprofit, weight-loss support and wellness education organization. Established in 1948 to champion weight-loss
support and success, we've helped millions of men and women live healthier
lives.

At weekly meetings you can expect: Healthy lifestyle
guidance, member-run health programs, special guest
presentations, motivational challenges, weekly support and recognition.

If you’re interested in joining TOPS, membership
is $28.00/year which includes a subscription to TOPS Magazine. Weekly dues are
only $1.00.

Please join us at our open house on Oct. 10 and
see what TOPS has to offer you to reach your weight loss goals. If you cannot
come to our open house, you may visit one meeting for free. T.O.P.S. of Dexter
meets everyone Wednesday evening at the Dexter Senior Center. Weigh-in is from
6:00 to 6:50 pm followed by the 7:00 to 8:00 pm meeting.
