Washtenaw Dairy: more than Muehlig's Waiting Room

With my ear to the ground at the Dairy...
     - A State edict requires the Michigan seal to be displayed in all courtrooms.  In the new Taj Mahal City Hall, a brilliant designer etched a non-contrasting, nearly invisible white seal on clear class in the court rooms.  What to do?  Nothing?  Ah, you know better.  At $1000 a clip, a blue background will be installed on each pane causing four-digit pain to the taxpayer's wallet; and
     - Statuary is planned for the interior of the Taj Mahal City Hall at a cost of $35,000.  Stand tall, my friend, it's just money.  Oh, darn, the rumor is it's not Shaky Jake!
