Will residents of homeless tent city be evicted?

Residents of Camp Take Notice, the tent city on Wagner Road for homeless people, say they may be evicted soon. They are squatting on MDOT land. I have made a video about the camp, to tell the story of the residents and how they have organized themselves into a self-governing community. Do you think they should be evicted or not? What is your opinion about the camp?
