Ypsilanti District Library Celebrates Country Life

YPSILANTI, MICH – For the fourth year, the Ypsilanti District Library at 229 W. Michigan Avenue will be hosting its FREE Country in the City event on Saturday, September 29, from 12-4 pm.  Bring the kids downtown and spend a few hours having old-fashioned fun! Ride ponies, pet farm animals, dip beeswax candles, get your face painted, cut apple spirals, create Indian corn jewelry, churn butter, mill grain, make corn husk dolls, learn how bees make honey, and visit Clifford, the Truck Farm!  All activities are free.
