E. Stadium Bridge to open November 14th

I got an email from the City yesterday that mentioned, among other things, that the East Stadium Bridge is schedule to open on Novemer 14th. I was going to contact the City for more details, but figured your reporters probably have a good contact (or should) and could get info as to time, if there'll be some sort of ceremony first (for those who want to attend or avoid), and how firm that date now is.
