Alejandra O'Leary to be featured at this week's AnnArbor.com concert on the patio
O'Leary grew up in Maine but graduated from high school in Chile. She then graduated from Yale before moving to New York, but now calls Ann Arbor home. She performs regularly in this area and around the state and elsewhere.
O'Leary plays tuneful, accessible pop-rock. She has two albums to her credit, "Nothing Out Loud" in 2009 and "Broken Mirror Baby" last year. She is currently working on a new album, funded with a Kickstarter drive and featuring her Alejandra O'Leary Rock 'n' Roll Band.
Earlier this year, O'Leary was the driving force behind a Blind Pig show in which several local bands paid tribute to the Beatles.
