The “Rolling Sculpture Car Show” will hit the streets of Ann Arbor on Friday. 2 to 10 p.m. More than 400 exotic, antique, classic, and concept cars will line Main, Liberty, Fourth, and Washington Streets in the heart of downtown. It almost didn’t happen, but the King is back! Elvisfest will return to Riverside Park. Friday, 5 p.m. to midnight. Saturday, noon to midnight. Thousands annually celebrate the memory of the Man from Memphis at this festival highlighted by performances by 10 professional Elvis tribute artists from around the nation. Friday - $13/advance, $15/day of. Saturday - $18/advance, $20/ gate. $30 for both nights. Purchase tickets at mielvisfest.org. Riverside is in Depot Town at E. Cross St. and N. River St.
MUSIC
The “Crossroads Summer Festival” in Ypsilanti will feature a Folk/Roots/Americana show. 6 to 9 p.m. Every Friday until Aug. 19. Billy Brandt & Sarana Verlin, Potter’s Field, Frank Allison, Jo Serrapere & John Devine, Annie & Rod Capps will perform. There will also be art and food vendors. In case of rain, the event will be held in the Tap Room, 201 W. Michigan Ave. The stage will be on Washington Street, between Pearl and Michigan Avenue. Free. www.ypsicrossroads.org. FESTIVAL
The “Saline Celtic Festival” is back! Events start Friday at 6 p.m. Saturday the gates at 8:30 a.m. There are several events this year, including Celtic Survivor, a Whiskey Tasting Dinner on Thursday, Pub Night on Friday, plenty of music and other Celtic fun. $5/Pub Night at the gate. $10/ adults, $5/ kids age 13 to 17 on Saturday.
