Come to Nicola's Books to get out of the heat for cool events

July 22
Big Screen Book Discussion Event at the Michigan Theater "The Girl Who Played With Fire" presented by Nicola’s Books. 7 p.m.

Come celebrate the international best-seller and see its Swedish film adaptation before anyone else in Ann Arbor! This special screening* will be followed live panel of noted literary, film and entertainment journalists along with an audience Q&A. Look for an exclusive documentary about the author Stieg Larsson to happen alongside this anticipated event. The Millennium Trilogy is setting the publishing world on fire and we look forward to having you be a part of the fun.

Meet author Sara Paretsky for a discussion and signing of her new V.I.Warshawski novel "Body Work" at 7 p.m. Paretsky is the author of 16 books, including her renowned V. I. Warshawski novels. Her many awards include the Cartier Diamond Dagger Award for lifetime achievement from the British Crime Writers' Association.
