"Queen of Mean" comic Lisa Lampanelli will bring her stand-up routine to the Michigan Theater on Dec. 8, concert promoter LiveNation announced today. Tickets go on sale Friday, Oct. 12.

Lampanelli's raunchy, irreverent comedy—she's self-described as an "equal-opportunity offender"—has won wide acclaim and lots of fans. She regularly appears on late-night TV talk shows, and she often guests on Howard Stern's satellite radio show. Her latest special, “Tough Love,” premiered on Comedy Central last year. Tickets, at $39.50, go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at LiveNation.com, Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets, or by phone at 800-745-3000.

Lampanelli performed at the Michigan Theater in December 2009.
