More concerts in Detroit?; Was (Not Was) collected; "Lost" recapped; and more
Fascinating story from the Detroit Free Press today about the potential impacts on the hiring of Tom Wilson away from Palace Sports and Entertainment by Ilitch Holdings. It seems clear that Wilson's top job will be to build a new home for the Detroit Red Wings, probably in downtown Detroit, and the story reasons that such a building would likely become the region's top concert venue. If that all plays out, I'd count it as great news for Washtenaw County; I can't stand going all the way to the Palace, and I know I'm not alone.
Was (Not Was)

A perfect example of both their weirdness and their funkiness:

• Bristol Palin will play herself on an episode of ABC Family's "The Secret Life of the American Teenager." No air date yet, but I can tell you I'm busy that night.
• There are hopeful developments in the search for missing "Growing Pains" actor Andrew Koenig.
