A representative for David Arquette has confirmed to People.com that the actor has entered a rehab facility, reportedly struggling with alcohol and depression. He recently spoke about some of his problems on Howard Stern's radio show. Naturally, a video has surfaced of some drunken behavior over the holidays.

Courteney Cox, Arquette's estranged wife and "Scream" costar, has issued a statement of support.

Arquette spent the summer in the Ann Arbor area shooting "Scream 4," and regular statements on his Twitter feed seemed to indicate he was truly enjoying his time in Michigan. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery.
