Taylor Swift racks up sales; Gwyneth's 'Glee' song; Jerry Bock dies; and more
Taylor Swift's new album, "Speak Now," is expected to be the biggest seller of the year, and it's off to a good start: It sold more than a million copies in its first week, the first time that's happened in more than two years.
Rolling Stone looks at the plan that led up to the sales milestone, and the Los Angeles Times has a pretty good analysis of her popularity.
Other entertainment news of note online today:
TELEVISION
• Well, this isn't quite as interesting as it first sounded. When Gwyneth Paltrow appears on "Glee" Nov. 16, she's going to sing Cee-Lo's smash neo-soul hit "F You" —Â but she's going to do the G-rated "Forget You" version rather than the R-rated original. Still, I think that's something I need to see.
