Dancing in the Streets returns to downtown Ann Arbor

A Labor Day weekend tradition continued Sunday with the return of Dancing in the Streets, an annual festival of live music and dance in downtown Ann Arbor. Sponsored by the Ann Arbor Council for Traditional Music And Dance, the event drew spectators and participants to downtown streets.

That was some fun! The contra dancing is no joke though...I thought I would just be kinda walking around like in English Country dancing. Within about 30 seconds my husband and I were panting like our dog on one of those 5000 degree days. :) Tons of fun though!! :)
