"The Light in the Piazza," the new offering from the Encore Musical Theatre Co.in Dexter, might be the theater's best yet, according to a couple of recent reviews.

Writing for Encore Michigan, Donald V. Calamia calls it "likely the slickest production yet on The Encore stage" and also says the cast is the Encore's strongest.

Meanwhile, local theater blogger Ron Baumanis has a similar take on Mostly Musical Theatre, calling it the theater's "best production to date" and also highlighting the strong cast.
