Sunday Chupe and Arepas with Elizabeth Marcano Kennedy. 1-2 p.m. Hollander’s, 410 N. Fourth Ave., 1st floor of the Kerrytown Shops, Ann Arbor. These two South American dishes are staples. Chupe is a Peruvian comfort soup and may be made of anything and everything, from red meats to chicken or shrimp.. Arepas is a type of corn bread typical in Venezuela and Colombia.
