Concentrate has a piece out today on the classes offered by the Zingerman's Community of Businesses. "An educated customer is really our best customer," says Allen Leibowitz, Managing Partner of Zingerman's Coffee Company. To that end, Zingerman's offers classes on coffee, cheeses and baking, with an emphasis on not just understanding the food and how it's made, but also removing the mystique associated with high-end foods.
