Hello Ann Arbor from your personal culinary professor!
I will be writing for both the Food section and the Parenting section. In the Food section, I am planning my role to be two-fold:
1. Instructional — focusing largely on technique, enhanced with photos and video, designed to help you become more efficient, confident, and accomplished in the kitchen;
2. Educational — answering all of your cooking-related questions, which you can email to Natalie (at) a2cooks (dot) com. I don’t know the answers to everything, but I’m curious by nature, and love all things culinary - so I’m more than happy to hunt it down for you and learn a thing or two myself in the process!
For the Parenting section, I will be writing about cooking with kids, which is also near and dear to my heart, as I teach children and have two little munchkins of my own.
I am a relatively new transplant to the Ann Arbor area and feel like I haven’t scratched the surface of the food town that Ann Arbor is. I look forward to exploring that together!
