Just like Anthony Bourdain
Well, hello there, Intertubes. My name is David Bardallis, and I’m gonna write about restaurants. What does that mean? It’s simple, really. You can think of me as being just like your own personal Anthony Bourdain.
OK, I’m not as tall or good looking as Tony. And I’m writing only about Ann Arbor restaurants, so there’s no exotic travel involved. Also, my cooking credentials consist mainly of microwaving hot dogs and baking frozen pizzas. Oh yeah, and I’m not actually going to review any food, really, even though I’m a strong proponent of eating.
Other than that, I’m just like Bourdain. At least if Bourdain wrote about Ann Arbor restaurant openings and closings, menu and ownership changes, and other info pertinent to the sophisticated AnnArbor.com reader and his or her dining plans.
Yes, this blog aims to help keep you updated on any major changes to the Ann Arbor restaurant landscape. For expert opinions on actual food and dining experiences, I would refer you to the aforementioned Bourdain, but you’ll probably have more luck checking out the many fine food bloggers right here on AnnArbor.com.
