Lena has made the Detroit Free Press list of best new restaurants of 2012.

Sylvia Rector at the Detroit Free Press has release her list of Metro Detroit's best new restaurants of 2012, Ann Arbor's Lena (226 South Main St.) is among the group of 10 favorites. The Latin-American restaurant that opened in the space formerly occupied by The Parthenon, on the corner of Liberty and Main Streets, is noted for its fresh flavors, sleek decor and polished service.

The best new restaurants list also includes the newly reopened London Chop House in Detroit (I'm also a fan), the Sardine Room in Plymouth and Social Kitchen & Bar in Birmingham.
