Fans of Michigan food and beer may want to mark Thursday, April 25 in their calendars. Ann Arbor's Grange Kitchen and Bar is hosting dinner featuring Shorts Brewing beers paired with a special five-course prix fixe menu.

Shorts is a northern Michigan brewery is known for distinctive craft beers such as Huma Lupa Licious IPA and Bellaire Brown, both of which will be featured pours on Thursday night.

Chef Brandon Johns has created a menu of seasonal and locally-sourced delights, including Korean-style roasted pork, seared walleye, and a spring vegetable curry.

Tickets for the dinner are $55, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made online or by calling 734-995-2107.
