I didn't go see Ides. I was told by a friend who did see it that you had to submit to a pat down and 'wanding' before admission, giving up your cellphone if you had one. No thanks. We too readily give up our liberties in this country. I'll not do that to see a movie staring one of the biggest liberals and enemies of freedom in Hollywood. I don't care what the reason was, it's not worth it to me. Clooney was awful in The American, and it was an awful film, pointless, tedious, and vapid. If I'm to get scrutinized as a techno-terrorist, then I'll do it for a much better class of actor. Wait, no I won't. No one is worth that.
