ARCHITECTURE

Take the “A2 Architectural Tour” with Jacob Jabkiewicz. 1 and 3 p.m. This is a 75-minute walking tour highlighted by Burton Memorial Tower, U-M Hatcher Graduate Library, and the Michigan and State theaters. MUSIC

Today wraps up the Arbor Opera Theater’s presentation of “Carmen” at the Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre. 2 p.m. Set in Seville around 1820, about the fiery gypsy temptress Carmen. A hot-tempered army corporal falls hard for her, but when she falls for a bullfighter, the corporal’s jealousy takes a violent turn. $22-$40. $15/students and seniors.
