Images from the Ann Arbor Rolling Sculpture Car Show

By Courtney Sacco

Spectators are filling the streets of downtown Ann Arbor for the 19th annual Rolling Sculpture Car Show on Friday.

The event is free to the public and offers visitors a variety of vehicles to look at. More than 300 cars ranging from antique and classic to concept cars and hot rods line Main, Liberty and Washington streets from 2 to 10 p.m.

In addition to the myriad cars on display, Hot Rod DJ Surfer Joe is playing music throughout the day and family activities are made available by the Ann Arbor District Library.

Courtney Sacco was there to capture these images.

I found this great blog for fans of older cars, clunkernation.com, written by a guy who used to be the editor at Hemmings. It's wonderful to see these cars lined up...a sure sign of summer.
