Javier Grillo-Marxuach, Emmy Award-winning Huron High grad, has a new project

Emmy Award-winning Huron High School grad Javier Grillo-Marxuach - a former writer/producer for “Lost” - has a new project all of his own: “Reverse Parthenogenesis,” described on the film's website as “a pitch-black comedy short starring Amber Benson and Adam Busch of the classic TV series ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer.’”

In the film, a happily married couple that’s considering having a baby decide to have their genome mapped, only to learn a secret that tests their marriage, and potentially threatens the future of humanity as they know it.

Grillo-Marxuach is the film’s writer and director, and you can see the trailer here:
