Stage musical adaptation of Kipling's 'Just So Stories' coming to Concordia

By Jenn McKee

Concordia University will present a stage musical adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's "Just So Stories" at CU's Black Box Theatre, at 4090 Geddes, on February 18-19 at 8 p.m., and February 20 at 3 p.m.

Tickets cost $10 ($5 for students and seniors, and patrons may phone the box office for a special family rate. To purchase advance tickets, visit http://www.cuaa.edu/Kreft-Arts/order-tickets.

Kipling¹s dramatic stories describe how the animals of our world took their shape. These fanciful narratives come to life on stage, as Mr. and Mrs. Kipling and their two young daughters weave their yarns about camels and elephants and whales into the last, and very human, story.

The production is appropriate for all ages.
