Jackson Cozzens, a public relations representative for The Color Run, recently confirmed that a production team from MTV's reality show "Made" shot footage during the July 22 event in Ypsilanti.

"It was an episode about 4 girls that want to put a team together to do Tough Mudder, an exceptionally hard event," Cozzens wrote in an email. "The Color Run served as the girls' first attempt at a 5k, and it was to motivate them and show them that running can be fun. Ypsi is the only event that was featured."

He said he did not believe the girls are from the Ypsilanti / Ann Arbor area.

"Made" is a reality show that features teenagers being coached toward a specific goal. An air date for the episode is not yet set.
