Frontwoman of 10,000 Maniacs-turned-solo artist Natalie Merchant played an in-store performance at the downtown Borders Tuesday afternoon, offering favorites from her previous recordings along with selections from her ambitious new release, "Leave Your Sleep." Tonight she performs at the Michigan Theater.
