Performance Network offers a closer look at "Blonde"'s roots

By Jenn McKee

Theater fans can get a glimpse behind the scenes of Performance Network’s production of Robert Hewett's "The Blonde, The Brunette and the Vengeful Redhead" on Sunday, October 25 at 4:15 p.m. (following a 2 p.m. matinee).

Director David Wolber and actress Suzi Regan — the star of this one-woman play — will discuss their artistic choices and the show's critical moments, with audience members given the opportunity to ask questions.

"Blonde" offers perspectives from seven different characters, affected by a misunderstanding in a shopping mall that ends in violence and tragedy.

Tickets for this talk cost $10 (suggested donation). Order them by phone at 734-663-0681 or online at the Performance Network web site. (Attendees needn't attend the 2 p.m. matinee in order to be part of this Behind the Scenes event.)
