Rhythms of the 'middle class frenetic family'
OK. I give up. This month has wiped me right out. It’s been an outrageously busy month; with my daughter turning 10 a few days after the new year began, work stuff, volunteer duties and “the usual” that comes with raising three kids and two dogs. There are days when it seems like I can't get it all done or that I'm not excelling at any one particular thing.
Classic overachiever? Maybe. Normal? Absolutely.

It’s long. But make some time to read it—it might just help you to think about how you spend your time.
