This weekend: Celebrate El Dia De Los Ninos at your local library

The Mariachi Mexico 2000 Band will entertain Ann Arbor families at the El Dia De Los Ninos event on Sunday, April 25, at the Ann Arbor District Library.

On Sunday, April 25, the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor District Libraries will join forces to offer a celebration of El Dia De Los Ninos (Children’s Day).

This free event is for families of all ages will take place in the Ann Arbor District Library’s Multi-Purpose Room from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The event includes dancing, crafts, refreshments and even a Mariachi Band and is sure to be Muy Bueno!

El Dia De Los Ninos
April 25, 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.
Ann Arbor District Library (downtown) is located at 343 S. Fifth Ave. in Ann Arbor. For more information on this event call the Library at 327-8301.

Schedule of events:
1:30 - 2 p.m. - Xitlalic Dancers
2 -3 p.m. Crafts, a scavenger hunt and several displays
3:15 - 3:30 p.m. El Dia Refreshments!
3:30 - 4:30 pm - Mariachi Mexico 2000 Band
