On Sunday, April 25, the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor District Libraries will join forces to offer a celebration of El Dia De Los Ninos (Children’s Day).

This free event is for families of all ages will take place in the Ann Arbor District Library’s Multi-Purpose Room from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The event includes dancing, crafts, refreshments and even a Mariachi Band and is sure to be Muy Bueno!

1:30 - 2 p.m. - Xitlalic Dancers
2 -3 p.m. Crafts, a scavenger hunt and several displays
3:15 - 3:30 p.m. El Dia Refreshments!
3:30 - 4:30 pm - Mariachi Mexico 2000 Band

Join in on this traditional day of celebrating children in Latin America as the library promotes literacy for all people of all cultural and language backgrounds.
