Day 3 of the 4-day Ann Arbor Art Fair saw temperatures fall a bit from Thursday, but it was stlll plenty hot. The fairgoers still turned out, though, despite the threat of the inevitable Art Fair rainstorm.

I don't remember the rain pictured in these slides. No reporting on such rain on any one day, either. Was any of it on Thursday, the hottest day of the year so far? I wish the rain had been as heavy as it looks in the photos over a wider area. First it was the red maple tree being UPROOTED, and now this rain; very localized weather. I was out driving last week, but not around the UM campus area.

This is why I stopped going a few years ago. The dogs and the kids in strollers! What in the world was she thinking? And she's smiling, like she's doing them a favor!

My thoughts exactly when I saw this photo. If only she was carrying some "art-on-a-stick" she would have been the epitome of everything I hate about Art Fair.

I love how, every year, they say "leave the dogs and strollers at home, please". Then I see a picture of a woman with TWO dogs IN a stroller! *smacks forehead* This is why Townies hate Art Fair.
