The seemingly independent worlds of hip-hop and folk music joined together at the Blind Pig Sunday night for "Folk the Police," a show featuring a variety of area performers reinterpreting some familiar songs—folk takes on rap hits and vice versa. Photographer Chris Asadian captured these images.
